Emerging Device Physics Lab. @ EWHA
The Emerging Device Physics Laboratory (EDPL) at Physics Department of Ewha Womans University focuses on understanding and controlling novel physical phenomena arising from the interactions between charge carriers, photons, and plasmons in various semiconductor nanostructures. The goal of the lab. is to propose next-generation information and energy devices through proof-of-concept research based on device physics, materials physics, and optics.
